Join our winter season! Learners will explore human history from our farthest recorded past, through ancient times. We will hone our powers of observation, explore geology and paleontology, plus learn what it takes to establish a village.

Explore food and meals around the world. Each day will feature a main dish, fruit, vegetable, and treat centered around the meals of Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner. Learners will get hands-on time to cook in a kitchen, use kitchen tools, and food prep. Learners will leave with their own recipe book!
